While special care has been taken to ensure the application's accuracy, there is **no guarantee** that the conversion results are completely error-free or that the App meets all your technical or operational requirements. We recommend verifying critical calculations through independent means.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill) resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the software, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App, including all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, display screens, and images), is owned by Lucasoft and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install a copy of the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device, solely in accordance with these Terms.
All purchases made through the App (such as premium features or subscriptions) are processed by the respective app store (e.g., Google Play Store). Refunds are governed by the refund policy established by that store.
After the refund period established by the store, all purchases are **strictly non-refundable**. You must handle any refund requests directly with the corresponding store, not with the Developer.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms at our sole discretion. By continuing to use the App after any such revision, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
These Terms were originally written in English. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and any translated versions, **the English version shall prevail**.
